  We contracted RPM to help with our complete house renovation 2 years ago, the house is a 1870 bargate stone 4 storey town house, which was in desperate need of repair and renovation. It has been an ongoing project for the last 2 years with RPM coming on site at various stages when required. RPM have been incredibly flexible to do the work around our schedule for each stage and within our budget. The work carried out has been of the highest quality and i cannot recommend Paul and his team more highly. We have found various remedial items which needed attending to outside of the spec as we went through the built and RPM had assisted and dealt with each one in turn - all completed to the highest standard. Paul has an absolutely wealth of knowledge and experience and there is very little he doesn't know about his trade, he is professional and trustworthy.
  
  The work has included but not limited to; digging out of the basement, laying reinforced concrete floor, taking out the back wall for bifold doors and an internal load bearing wall and installing 2 structural beams, re-pointing, installation of new drainage, new gutters, new facias, new windows, design and installation of new window arches, various and many carpentry tasks, laying new floors saving and relaying reconditioned old flooring, various and many remedial structural works throughout the house and various plumbing tasks.
